The more I slow down, the more I realize just how much magic is exploding all around me.
As we set off on our road trip out west, it felt as if the world and all of it’s possibility was was stretched out before us, glistening in the golden hour sun. There’s so much to love about the Midwest, but their sunsets are at the top of my list.
The more time I spend out in nature, the more I become convinced that the world is just one big canvas. The patches of icy teal and rusty orange lichen set against the terracotta stone? Perfection.

When was the last time you really looked at a goose? And I mean really looked at them? Alert and untamed with Inky black feathers as soft and fluffy as velvet, these great big birds are slowly stealing my heart.
*not pictured* giggling at the tumbleweeds that bounced their way across the desert on the drive out.
